Rising costs, changes in reimbursement, nurse and physician shortages, the demand for clinical performance improvement and the uncertain impact of health care reform are several critical issues faced by every hospital.  VHA Georgia members have the ability to collaborate via our educational and networking opportunities so they don’t have to face these formidable challenges alone.

Events

Each year, VHA Georgia hosts annual events that offer members an opportunity for learning by providing national content experts, best practice sharing and team building that facilitates the exchange of ideas and solutions so that participants can face their challenges and opportunities together.

Meetings by Month

VHA Georgia offers over 125 meetings each year. These meetings include board meetings, council meetings, educational summits and one-day educational events.  Search by event name, date or keyword to locate the events you are interested in attending.

VHA Georgia Member Networks

VHA Georgia facilitates over 25 different councils that provide a peer-to-peer forum that unites members to solve common challenges in a non-competitive environment.  Each council meets several times a year and is challenged with producing positive financial results based on their council-specific goals.
