Craig leads clients through an accelerated decision-making and strategic planning process designed to solve complex business problems. He manages the development of joint venture relationships for clients and their business partners, and guides clients through the change management components of new business development.
Craig has led more than 50 corporations, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks through strategic, operational, and business development initiatives to improve operations and enhance profitability. He has created and implemented leadership development programs for more than 100 healthcare executives across the country and helped develop the quality criteria for hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
Craig is a frequent keynote speaker on topics including Leadership, Total Quality Management, Organizational Excellence and Professional Career Development. He has over 15 articles published and one textbook. He has served on the MBA faculty of Boston University and The Wharton School.
Craig has been an executive in healthcare consulting and operations for more than 30 years. Craig planned and directed all aspects of operations for an industry leader whose business is to develop radiology services for hospitals and outpatient imaging centers. He also directed the healthcare consulting services of a global consulting organization and a for-profit hospital ownership company. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School (Leonard Davis School of Healthcare Economics). He has also served as Senior Examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge national Quality Award.
