Lean Program

Decreasing reimbursement and increasing costs have forced hospitals across the nation to improve operational efficiency. VHA Georgia offers a solution to member hospitals to accomplish this difficult task by using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Lean Six Sigma employs tools and concepts to reduce process waste and variation while increasing quality and patient outcomes.

We exist to serve you...
VHA Georgia’s Lean vision is defined by its members’ needs and goals. What differentiates VHA Georgia from other associations or consulting firms?
  • Low-cost solution: VHA Georgia understands that hospitals are struggling to obtain a profitable operating margin. In service to our members, we provide services at a 30% - 50% discount when compared to other consulting firms.
  • Custom engagements: No two hospitals are the same in regards to their Lean journey. Let VHA customize a solution for your organization based on your needs, culture, and Lean progress.
  • Cultural transformation: VHA Georgia engages all levels of your organization to proactively address barriers and ensure teams are working together smoothly. We educate team members to identify opportunities and implement their own solutions, encouraging a lasting cultural transformation for continuous improvement.
  • Sustainable change: Typical consultants struggle with implementing lasting change. VHA Georgia collaborates directly with your team to implement their thoughts and feedback into a sustainable solution.
“To meet and support our members regardless of where they are in their Lean journey”
